The Inferno Color Guard at Kathleen High School is looking for a new instructor. Please see the requirements and description below. Any interested candidates will need to contact the Director of Bands 

Required Experience:

• Experience in Eurhythmics (Dance, Flags, Riffles, Batons, and Color Guard & Auxiliary related activities)
• Motivated & Positive attitude
• Must complete a background check with the district
• Have experience working with students

Job Description

The Color Guard Instructor coordinates the instruction, preparations, exercises, and activities of the school marching bands Color Guard auxiliary unit, and the Winter Guard Ensemble. In addition to instruction, the instructor participates in and assists with year round recruiting efforts for the Color Guard program. Applicants must have availability for rehearsals 2-3 days a week after school hours, and be available to attend parades, sporting and district events when the Color Guard is performing.

Salary

$600 per Semester (Fall & Spring)

By July 20, 2021 to begin planning and preparations for the Fall Marching season
