Fine Arts Building
(Building 33 Room 139)

The Pride of Kathleen Band performs all over both the Kathleen High School and CFAA campuses, and around the community. But the Kathleen High School Fine Arts Building is home to The Pride of Kathleen Band. The facilities include a full concert auditorium, large classroom acoustically designed for the band with separate rehearsal rooms, and a practice field for the band and guard to rehearse their routines on. The facilities are designed to give the band all the room and tools they need to succeed.

Joe Lewis

I am Mr. Lewis, and I am graduate of Warner University, with a Bachelor’s in Musical Studies, with a minor in Biblical Studies. My journey with band began in middle school on the saxophone. Through high school I continued to play saxophone for all four years and held the leadership positions of Woodwind Section Leader, Band Captain, and Drum Major. In college, I continued to broadened my experience by assisting various programs with their woodwind sections, and focused on the theory and the educational aspects of music. Being from the area and understanding the impact band and music has had on my life, I am both thrilled and honored to be a part of the Red Devil Band as Associate Director. My goal is to share my experience to grow the band musically and contribute as a positive mentor.
